Marilu Henner, a woman that has the strength and energy of an adolescent combined with the sage's knowledge is a shining example of modern day woman who is able to do it all. Marilu Henner is an actress, author, producer of talk show shows, and entrepreneurs. In addition, she is the singer and dancer. So it's not surprising that she has earned the nickname Perpetual Motion. Marilu's story is an example of her healthy attitude. She believes that a healthy body will enable you to do everything. It wasn't always so. As an teen, her weight increased significantly. She always felt sick, and she ate emotionally. Her parents, both at the end of their lives and experiencing heart attacks and arthritis-related ailments, passed away. She realized she must assume responsibility for her well-being. The goal was not to lose weight but to enhance our overall health and create the best way to maximize the capacity of our bodies to perform. This improv group as well as a sketch troupe is known for its improvisations and sketches.
